Esau holds CPA certi¬cate from the Institute of Certi¬ed Public Accountants of Uganda, First Class Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from Mbarara University of Science and Technology specializing in Accounting, Diploma in Education specializing in Mathematics and Physics. His long experience is focussed on audit and assurance for clients in various industries and have extensive knowledge of local income tax and VAT legislation. Before the establishment of Esmac & Associate, Esau worked at Bamico Holdings Ltd as an Accountant and as a general Manager for the period of 5 years, TRC & Co. as Audit Manager for a period of 2 years and at Flip Consultant as a tax manager for a period of 3 years Esau is a full member of the institute of the certified public accountants of Uganda. He has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operations, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities. He has also been involved in implementing processes and internal control and has been exposed to the main functions of the industry including legal, tax, accounting, administration and corporate secretarial. During his past experiences, he also had the opportunity to work on several takeover projects from other leading offshore management companies, carrying out due diligence exercises and ensuring the smooth migration of the entities.
