Wilber holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Revenue and Administration of East African School of taxation (PODITRA), (ACCA - UK), He also holds a Master of Business Administration and First-Class degree in the Bachelor of Science in Business Statistics from Makerere University. Wilber has a career in tax that spans over 11 years. He worked in Shell Uganda Ltd/Vivo Energy Uganda for five years as a Tax Accountant and during that time, he was the country tax leader of the Company in Uganda. He has also worked in Stanbic back Uganda 1 year as a tax accountant and Destiny consultants Ltd as a tax consultant for three years and by the time he left the firm he was at the level of Senior Tax Manager. Before joining Destiny Consultants, Wilber also works at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) as a Lecturer, the position that he stills holds up to now. Wilber has experience in tax consultancy in Uganda, especially on Domestic Tax and International tax issues. He has been involved in providing key tax planning and tax compliance services to Multinational issues. He has tax expertise in corporate taxation, individual taxation value added.
